Top Ranking Graduates

System For Encouraging Outstanding Students
In its commitment to foster a spirit of perseverance and excellence among its students, the Institute introduced a program to reward students who excel academically. This initiative aims to motivate students to strive for academic excellence and ignite healthy competition The system includes honoring the highest-ranking students through procedures listed below, thereby encouraging their peers to follow their example and aspire to similar success:

  • Exempting the top students in each group and division from tuition fees.
  • Announcing the names of the top students on a bulletin board at the institute and honoring them on Graduates Day.
  • Use of the computer lab at no cost for one academic year..

The Institute’s Council approved the mechanism for identifying outstanding students and the mechanism for preparing an honor roll for outstanding students, as follows:

  • Students whose grades are ‘Very Good’ or higher are designated as top students.
  • A decision is issued by the Dean of the Institute naming the outstanding students in each grade or academic level — those whose names will be announced on the “Honor Board.” These include the first- and second-place students in each grade or level (for first and second levels), the first-place student only in the third and fourth levels of every program, and all students who obtained an overall “Excellent” grade in any grade or academic level.
