• Determine the training needs of the institute’s employees (faculty, support staff, and administrative staff).

                                          

  • Identification of training needs for students.
  • Prepare a training plan that is based on training needs.
  • Training programmes are organized in accordance with the timing specified in the plan and are announced well in advance.
  • Follow up on the implementation of training programmes, and explore the opinions of the trainees.
  • Develop training programmes based on the results of the survey.
  • Measuring the return on training at the level of the Institute ‘ s staff.
  • Liaison with the Community Service Unit to determine the training needs of community parties and the possibility of implementing them at the Institute in the light of training programmes organized by the Unit.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the Unit’s achievements and present them to the Governing Council of the Institute.
