1-The Office of Academic and Student Affairs
The Office of Academic and Student Affairs assumes responsibility for all student-related matters from initial enrollment to the conferral of the Bachelor’s degree. This division is specifically tasked with the following functions:

  1. Participating in the formulation of policies of academic affairs, examinations, education, and student welfare.
  2. Monitoring the implementation of resolutions passed by the Institute’s Board of Directors and the Ministry of Higher Education.
  3. Contributing to the determination of academic calendar dates, including the commencement and termination of educational years, as well as summer recess, in accordance with ministerial directives.
  4. Compiling statistical data and relevant information to generate insights and produce periodic and annual reports.
  5. Constructing teaching schedules and allocating requisite instructional hours.
  6. Managing the admission of new students and their allocation to diverse academic programs based on criteria established by the Institute’s Board of Directors.
  7. Creating individual student files, inputting student data into the Institute’s database, and maintaining record entries.
  8. Issuing student identification cards upon receipt of tuition fees.
  9. Generating student rosters, disseminating them to academic departments, and monitoring student attendance in lectures and tutorials through academic advising.
  10. Participating in summer training programs for Institute students.
  11. Preparing the necessary documentation for examination control, observation, invigilation, and examination-related processes.
  12. Recording and aggregating examination results, documenting them in the official records.
  13. Processing medical examination forms for incoming students and preparing health insurance cards.
  14. Managing student transfers to and from the Institute, as well as enrollment suspensions and withdrawals.

  16. Monitoring the completion of military education requirements for both male and female students.
