Student Grievance Committee
A decree issued by the Dean of the Institute mandates the formation of a student grievance and suggestion committee. This committee is constituted annually and duly announced within the Institute.
The raison d’être of this committee is to judiciously address student grievances, ensuring impartial resolution of student concerns without prejudice to the complainant. Students may lodge complaints regarding perceived infringements of their rights or impediments to their academic pursuits.
Students are assured that their grievances will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and that no retaliatory measures will be taken in response to their complaints. Furthermore, these grievances will be subject to prompt and decisive review.
