1. A student with special needs, either at their location or through their guardian, submits a request to the program director relevant to the student’s health condition, along with a medical report from an accredited healthcare institution.

2. The program director forwards the request to the judicial committee to review the report and ensure it identifies any Facebook-related issues that limit activity, challenge participants to make demands, or indicate any physical or mental health conditions.

3. The joint request is then forwarded to the program director, who in turn forwards it to the Dean of the proposed institute.
