The Student Welfare Department, in cooperation with the Academic Advising Unit, identifies outstanding students according to the following procedures:
• Reviewing grades and identifying high-achieving students with high GPAs.
• Following up on any reports from academic advisors about outstanding students.
• Continuous evaluation during practical training.
• Identifying the ideal student according to the criteria set by the Student Welfare Department.
• The Student Welfare Department, in coordination with the program’s faculty members, oversees mechanisms to support outstanding students through the following:
1- Awarding excellence prizes to outstanding students (those achieving an excellent grade).
2- Recognizing academically outstanding students at graduation ceremonies or career fairs.
3- The Student Welfare Department utilizes the high skills and abilities of outstanding students in various fields:
• Assisting struggling students.
• Helping to organize departmental conferences and scientific meetings.
• Inviting outstanding students to attend quality assurance meetings and share their opinions to improve the institute’s performance.
